OVERVIEW

The Adept curved belt technology is incredibly versatile and reliable. The curved belt conveyor systems will achieve angles ranging from 30° to 270° using horizontal or spiral curves. These curves make the most of available space, while Spiral curves also have the advantage of rapid elevation in a very small floor space.

The Adept belt curve system facilitates long life, high haulage performance capabilities, running with less stress over conical drums. The roller drive chain is guided along the outer edge of the belt, at the same time serving as a belt guide providing a positive locking roller chain /drive, transmitting high tensile strength forces where it is needed most.

Curved belt conveyors are made in modules; they are reliable, adaptable and can be easily integrated into most conveyor systems.
