The unique product design of the Universal Roller allows for straight-line movement in a normal transport operation, with the added benefit of allowing an operator to move the product in any desired direction.
They are useful in situations where a load may need to be rotated at a work station in an assembly line or where the item needs to be moved from one line to another during the assembly process. They are also well suited for switch points or where a change of direction is required.
This product is popular all over the world in the stone cutting and finishing industry (Marble, Granite, Travertine, Slate etc) as it is not harmed by the dust, grit or slurry associated with this industry. Designed using stainless steel pins with a polymer body and barrel rollers it is suited to wet environments where wash down is required.
Popular in food manufacturing, stone finishing, laminate handling and white goods manufacture (TV’s, washing machines, refrigerators etc) the Universal Roller Conveyor also performs well with most parcels, boxes and other items having regular flat bases.
