Motor Driven Roller Conveyors move materials safely, quietly and efficiently, using power only when materials are in transit. They’re built for low-maintenance, and engineered to integrate seamlessly with your existing systems.
Powered by self-contained 24V DC motors, Motor Driven Roller Conveyors can be broken up into multiple ‘zones’ for smooth, controlled flow of materials. Each zone includes at least one motorised roller and multiple slave rollers, connected using round-belts, timing belts or micro-groove ‘V’ belts. Sensors are included in each zone to enable zero-pressure accumulation.
Specialised conveyor-specific driver cards control the motorised rollers. These cards can be connected to a PLC or PC-based system to program each zone independently, enabling materials to stop at set points, and providing zero pressure accumulation, advanced sortation, and lower power consumption.
