Quality Conveyor Bearings Can Contribute To Your Success

High quality, application specific, conveyor components can make all the difference to the ongoing, problem free operation of the conveyors, in your manufacturing and distribution or warehouse business. Poor quality and generic components can result in below average conveyor performance, and result in lower outputs, and ultimately will let you down when you need to manufacture goods or ship product to your customers. In addition, employees can be unnecessarily subjected to higher safety risks during their working day.

Choosing a quality conveyor bearing selected to suit the application is therefore paramount to your success. Finding a supplier who can analyse the application and make suggestions around application, duty and service life is extremely important and will assist you greatly in the long term.

A supplier that can offer all of the desirable and unique features listed below would be well worth a call;

Dual Race

A key feature of our unique range of polymer bearings is a dual ball bearing race construction, which is double the count of our competitor’s products, resulting in each conveyor roller having four bearing races. This gives enormous advantages in terms of long term reliability, increased load carrying capacity, free running ability, low rolling inertia and reduced noise generation.

Ball Cage

This range of bearing races includes dual cages to positively locate the bearing balls, an important feature that many competitors simply leave out or overlook. This is another reason why this range of bearings offers so much reliability in service, is smoother and quieter running in use, requires very little inertia to rotate and in addition, is virtually maintenance free.

Tighter Tolerances

Build tolerances of this European manufactured product are generally tighter than most comparable products in the market, right across the range. All conveyor bearings use precision ground balls that are located in polymer cages for true and free running. This facilitates their use in high speed running applications.

Quality Materials

Our unique polymer bearing range is manufactured exclusively in Europe from first grade virgin polymer sourced from reputable European suppliers. No re-granulated polymers are used in the bearing material. This offers cleanliness, improved hygiene and a good quality appearance to the finished product. High grade materials out of carbon steel, stainless steel and even glass are also used for the ball bearings, whilst seals and other items in the bearing construction are offered in compatible metal or polymer materials.

The quality of the Adept Conveyor Technologies range of conveyor components is what sets them apart from the competition, especially when pricing is so competitive.
