Through close working relationships with most major franchises of Dexion, Dematic, Schaefer, APC and others we have created many successful integrated solutions for major brand name companies (VW, Chanel, Kitchen Aid, Blackwoods). We work closely with our partners through the design and implementation stages to create materials handling systems that boost productivity and deliver excellent ROI. We’ve been doing this for more than 30 years.

Handling Solutions

Technical and design solutions have been many and varied from simple order “pick / pack” of split and full case orders out of static storage equipment and delivery via conveyors to “check / weigh” and strapping to despatch, to even more sophisticated picking systems incorporating zone routing of many areas within the warehouse to bar code scanning of order recognition and automated sorting to despatch for consolidation and delivery run routing.

Technical issues such as how to facilitate economical conveyor system design within the warehouse whilst still maintaining movement and flow of bulk stock and forklift trucks throughout are easily overcome in all instances. Movement of cartons, tote bins or even pallets in multi-level storage systems can form part of a smart warehouse design.

Australian Design

This affords you, the warehouse systems integrator with the highest product quality at the markets most competitive rates that will always beat offers from suppliers of lower spec, lower quality components from dubious sources.

With a combined in-house expertise in excess of 140 years, you can rest assured in our ability to support you with expert technical advice and support that comes from our “hands on” experience and not out of a catalogue from pretend sales engineers.
